Awardee of a Fulbright Scholarship to study blockchain interoperability at MIT Connection Science. Advisors: Dr. Thomas Hardjono and Prof. Alex Pentland
Focusing on how can several blockchains interoperate in order to build reliable, fork-resistant decentralized applications. Incorporating these advances with a privacy-first approach, self-sovereign identity
My responsibilities as a PhD student also include advising MSc students (see Academic Work).
Participation in the Erasmus programme at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology, Warsaw University of Technology, Warsaw, Poland (second semester of 2017/2018). Learned about IoT technologies, information systems, data mining, and distributed systems.
Focused on data science, machine learning, distributed systems, and enterprise systems, leveraging this knowledge to study blockchain technology. Developed a system along with the Portuguese Justice, JusticeChain.
During my B.Sc., I took the opportunity to ally technology with product management, leading to my wide range of extracurricular experiences.
